Hayden Panettiere went through LAX yesterday where she encountered a mildly inappropriate touchy-feely airport security officer. Tell a parent!The woman -- Nurse Ratched with a walkie-talkie -- helped Hayden through security and put her arm around the "Heroes" star ... and left it there ... for a very, very long time. There was occasional rubbing involved. Two words: Awk ward.Remember kids: there is good touching and bad touching.
